This old school Italian restaurant doesn't disappoint with their delicious food. Our group of 4 went for lunch yesterday. The service was fantastic, we were served by a group of ladies that were very professional and attentive. We highly recommend this little gem in Queens.

Love Joe's best Italian food and now they opened up the small original joes restaurant 2 blocks away again ! Highly recommended

Iv lived in ridgewood my entire life and never have i been to Joes Restaurant till today. And i have to tell you it's a hidden gem. The staff is great and friendly. Every plate that came to our table was fresh. I had the Gnocchi n vodka sauce special It was beautiful. Perfect amount of flavor. But what really made this experience 1000X better was that when you ask for parmesan cheese they bring you a small bowl with a spoon so you can pour as much cheese as you like. YOU control your cheese not the staff. Really appreciate that

Quaint place, no parking but worth looking for parking. The eggplant parm was so good and it's not something I would ever order but it came highly recommended. The fried calamari fresh and not over cooked, the chicken parm was good too and I'm a sauce snob the sauce wasn't too acidic or sweet just right. The baked clams were the only thing that I would say was a bit dry. The desserts delicious! The place was very busy constantly through our entire time there. Good sign!

We celebrated my father's 89th Birthday this past February and I wanted to take the time to thank Joe's for the great service and delicious food. My father is legally blind and one of the concerns is always being in a comfortable, spacious and well light atmosphere. He felt so comfortable and the staff was so friendly and patient with him and he enjoyed conversing in italian with the waiters. It is a really lovely place in Ridgewood with good solid Italian cuisine. Still thinking about the warm bread and peppers in olive oil. If you are in the neighborhood and craving italian food, this is the place to go to.

Great Italian food! The chef and owner makes the marinara fresh everyday! It is amazing! You can taste and see the fresh basil and herbs and spices. Ìt is great the day after. Second time here. This time had the filet of sole. It comes with sliced seasoned potatoes and steamed broccoli and cauliflower. My friend had the manicotti! The warm bread they serve with olive oil and peppers is also great to start and end the meal. We also had a carafe of the house red and it was perfect with the meal, it would be good with anything if you ask me. We also had chocolate mousse to go and it was fabulous. I ate half when I got home and the other half today. The mousse is smooth and chocolaty. The owner chef walks around to check on guests and that's always a plus. Can't wait for my next trip or delivery!

My family and I went out to try Joe's for the first time this weekend. The restaurant is wedged in this very peaceful block in the middle of the neighborhood. We came around 1 in the afternoon, which was perfect timing because the tables started filling up within the hour. It's safe to say that probably the restaurant was filled by the time we left. But if anything, it brought in the comfortable vibe even moreso as we were bookended with two families celebrating their tiny reunions and birthdays. It was incredibly sweet to see such a warm environment. And the food reflected that as well! It's probably a dumb thought to mention that I feel like I haven't had great calamari since I've tried the dish after returning to the restaurants since the pandemic, but Joe's brought that back! The calamari was fantastic, as was the rest of our meals! Generous portion sizes and absolutely delicious! I'm not particularly a fan of sweets but I can vouch for my family and say that they loved the tiramisu as well! We were already talking about coming back as we were still sitting down and we most definitely will!
